Date: 30 & 31 March 2027 (Tuesday & Wednesday)
Venue: National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS), 30 Hospital Boulevard, Singapore 168583
Overview
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is the first-line, evidence-based treatment for insomnia disorder, yet its successful implementation demands more than a surface-level familiarity with its components.
